5. Get it approved.
6. If not approved but repleyed with mistakes change it.
7. After approved you get a rank by admins.
8. After do whatever you want but do not disobey the rules!
9. Read the rules after character app is approved
10. Definetally do your posts
11. You can do more apps on clans , weapons , clans , jutsus.
12. Have fun and their is a chatbox at bottom of the forum you can go on in
13. Stay active.
