Now that the site is up and running, i think we should limit the highest rank a ninja can go when they first register. From now on, the highest ninja rank anyone can be is Jounin, and that is until 4 members join it, then it goes down to chuunin permanently and only 2 more members can be anbu, shinigami, or ryoka, and only 1 can be akatsuki. This is to limit low ability members who join just to be a kage. If, after 4 weeks of being a member, you wish to be a kage that hasnt been taken, or join another group, feel free to ask, but when you first join, follow these limits.
