Name: Thunder Hand Jutsu

Element: Raiton, thunder release. Ninjtusu
Description: The user of the jutsu coats his hand in Thunder chakra, adding thunder damage to each hit. Can be used on weapons the user is holding. High chakra usage.

Name: Thunder Arrow Jutsu.
Rank: B
Element: Raiton, Thunder Release. Ninjutsu
Description: The user channels thunder chakra between the gap of two extended fingers on one hand, causing it to burst from it, creating a streak of lightning. High chakra usage and cannot be used while wet, or the Lightning will be uncontrolled and inacurate, as well as volatle.

Name: Weak Paralysis Jutsu.
Rank: B
Element: Raiton, Thunder Release. Ninjutsu.
Description: The user hits an opponent while releasing a small jolt of thunder chakra. This interferes with the nerves in the body, causing temporary paralysis in the body part hit. Each hit lasts for 1 post.

Name: Illusion Mist Jutsu
Rank: B
Element: Suiton, Water release. Genjutsu.
Description: The user must make eye contact with the victim. If contact is made, the victim then sees a mist, which obscures vision. In the mist the victim will see numerous vauge human-like shapes, which are running around them. This can be used to mask the user's actions by making the victim unsure which shape is the user, and which are illusions. Can only be released with a rank B Ki.

Name: Chakra Dispersal Technique, Water Version
Rank: Ranks with User
Element: Suiton, Water release Ninjutsu
Description: This technique allows the user to spread his chakra by means of one of the 5 main ninjutsu elements. The fire version spread it through fire. The Water Version spreads itself through water vapor, water, and ice, although if the user doesn't have the ice element, they cannot use it. Wind spreads through air. Earth travels through rock. The thunder version has not been developed due to the volatile nature of it's element. The amount of chakra and the area it can be spread depends on the rank of the jutsu. E: 5% of max chakra for 5 meters. D: 10% max chakra for 10 Meters. C: 15% of max chakra for 15m. B: 20% of max chakra for 20m. A: 25% of max chakra for 25m. S: 30% of max chakra for 30m. Chakra can be dispersed evenly or can be concentrated, although it cannot leave the distance limitations for the rank.

Name: Thunder Illumination Jutsu.

Description: The user lets thunder chakra travel between their two hands, causing it to generate light. This can be used to blind enemies and dispel shadows.

Description: The user sends out a massive amount of lighting chakra in a continuous stream. The user can move the stream by pointing their hands, although the steady stream of thunder causes the hand to be slow to respond. High chakra usage.
